About the project

Restoring ecosystems, strengthening communities

Saving The Amazon is an initiative working on the ecological restoration of ecosystems in countries such as Colombia, Brazil and Peru, including Amazon rainforests and mangroves. Its approach goes beyond planting trees: it works directly with local communities, who lead the planting, care and protection of the territory.

Restoration begins with ecosystems and the people who inhabit them. The initiative covers territories in countries such as Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, including forests and mangroves.

Support communities

Local communities lead planting and care processes. Their participation connects environmental restoration with income opportunities and territorial protection.
