This solution enables organizations to shorten selection processes, increasing citizens' confidence through the absence of human intervention and the use of AI-based models.

The challenge
A model must be implemented to read, classify, and evaluate the documents submitted by each applicant for the Formal and Informal Education criteria, determining whether they meet the requirements of the public career employment vacancy.
The solution
A solution was implemented to efficiently validate the documents an applicant attaches to a job posting by comparing the data extracted and processed from each document type defined with the National Commission against the requirements specified in the Public Job Announcement. This is carried out through different models implemented on Google Cloud Platform.
Project results
Automating the verification of Education criteria enabled documents submitted by applicants to be processed, classified, and evaluated more effectively and in less time than an operator required, with an accuracy rate of 65% for positions without work-experience requirements. Integration of the SIMO module reduced the required time by 40%.
