The challenge
Banasoft, a growing organization, sought an efficient collaborative environment integrating communication, messaging, and information management tools. To optimize costs, it chose Google Workspace, which provides solutions for managing email and repositories, collaborating on documents in real time, and ensuring organization-wide security.
The solution
All Google Workspace tools, such as Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive, and others, were used during the change management and transformation process, specifically in training for the Core IT, Early Adopters, and Go live workgroups.
Project results
Successful, seamless migration of 187 mailboxes from Zimbra and Webmail servers. A communication campaign tailored to the organization was implemented, including kickoff announcements, training, and a welcome to Google Workspace. Training covered several areas, including administration, email, calendar, chat, meetings, storage, and productivity tools.
