The challenge
Mabe wanted to continue modernizing its delivery and order tracking model to offer greater traceability, operational efficiency, and a smoother customer experience. The key was to integrate effectively with its logistics partners and scale its processes through a robust, flexible digital platform.
The solution
We created Mabe Tracking: a web portal and mobile app that connect with logistics operators in real time. With a robust API architecture on Google Cloud, they provide visibility, traceability, and event logging, revolutionizing the operating model and end-customer experience.
Project results
The solution helped further improve real-time delivery tracking, reduced customer response times, and increased visibility into order status. It also optimized incident management and established a reliable channel for recording events and evidence for all stakeholders, including carriers, operations teams, marketplaces, and direct customers.
