Objective
Create a change management and transformation plan tailored to the customer to strengthen Google Workspace skills, promoting Google and Servinformación as solution leaders.
The challenge
Reduced licensing costs for third-party communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack, among others, encouraging use of the Google Workspace environment to meet these needs.
The solution
Google Workspace tools such as Apps Script, AppSheet, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, and Drive were used to reduce spending on third-party tools, create a collaborative environment, and increase productivity in processes and procedures.
Project results
The successful transition to Google Workspace was a major achievement for GLocation. Costs were significantly reduced and cloud collaboration improved, strengthening customer communications. It also broke down old assumptions and increased real-time productivity while reinforcing organizational security.
