The challenge
The Government of Valle faced a challenge common to many organizations: making strategic decisions based on scattered data. The project solves this problem by centralizing information in a single observatory, enabling faster, more accurate decision-making.
The solution
Using Google Cloud and Looker Studio, the Government of Valle and Servinformación developed an innovative health observatory. This solution makes complex data easy to visualize, helping identify patterns and generate valuable insights. With this tool, the government can make more informed decisions and bring information closer to citizens.
Project results
The Government of Valle's Health Information Observatory has enabled:
- Greater visibility into key health indicators in the department,
- Improve communication of results to citizens, and
- Transparency in managing public resources allocated to healthcare, helping strengthen public trust in institutions.
