Riopaila Castilla is a Colombian agribusiness group with 105 years of commitment to transforming the land into food, green energy, and renewable fuel for the world.
Thanks to the collaboration between Google Cloud and Servinformación, we were able to access real-time information and run natural-language queries, delivering timely results for decision-making, targeting operational efficiency, and increasing competitiveness. The challenge
Riopaila struggled to adopt a tool that would provide efficient access to SAP data for generating financial and production reports. The process was slow, affecting agility in decision-making. The Generative AI project optimized this process, significantly reducing turnaround times and improving operational efficiency.
The solution
An artificial intelligence assistant was implemented with Google Cloud, using BigQuery for data analysis, Vertex AI Generative AI for natural-language queries, and Dialogflow for chat. This improved decision-making, efficiency, and competitiveness in the store-to-store market.
Project results
The implemented Bot offers fast responses, improves continuously through its learning capabilities, and enables real-time consultation of financial and production metrics, optimizing decision-making.
