Ediciones Legales – EDLE S.A. – is an Ecuadorian company with more than 36 years of experience editing, publishing, and distributing accurate, up-to-date legal information. It provides legal professionals, students, companies, and public and private institutions with the tools they need to make informed, strategic decisions.
Through our joint work with Servinformación, we implemented an AI Agent with generative technology that transformed the way we handle legal inquiries in Ecuador. Today, we provide faster, more accurate answers and a much more efficient user experience.

The challenge
Ediciones Legales needed its own model on Google Cloud to improve customer interactions, give the IT team management autonomy, and ensure full control over its product and knowledge, eliminating external dependency.
The solution
Using Google Cloud tools such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, DataFlow, and Vertex IA, a solution was implemented to answer queries about Ecuadorian legal matters. It processes users' questions, interprets their intent, and provides accurate answers based on Ecuadorian legislation, considerably optimizing and improving the user experience.
Project results
This solution reduced response times for clients' legal inquiries, achieved high accuracy in interpreting questions through artificial intelligence, supported large volumes of inquiries without performance degradation, and increased user satisfaction by offering a faster, more reliable experience.
